The Pacific Community, an intergovernmental organisation committed to the sustainable development of Pacific Island nations, has a rich history of working collaboratively with regional partners to address pressing challenges.

Over the course of this 12-month collaboration, the Alfred Emergency Academic Centre, the Pacific Community, and health workers across the Pacific region will pool their expertise and resources to provide essential training, support and mentorship to healthcare services and professionals in the Pacific Island Countries. Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen the capacity of local health providers, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality critical care services to their communities. By sharing knowledge, experience, and resources, we aspire to support the SPC goals to achieve its development goals in for the region. We are honoured to be able to contribute to health care provision in the Pacific.
