The Timely Management of Chest Pain (TMCP) pilot is a collaboration between Safer Care Victoria and Alfred Health Emergency to provide timely, specialist telehealth care for chest pain patients in Urgent Care Centres (UCCs) across Victoria. The TMCP pilot is an innovative model for partnership between city and rural health centres, validating the need for expanded telehealth services.
