Practical and relevant, the program strengthens your ability to teach, lead, and support others in real clinical settings. Whether you’re running an in-service, mentoring a junior colleague, or designing a workshop, the CSE Program will give you the tools to educate with confidence and create lasting impact. Techniques for delivering both informal and formal education using evidence-based, practical, and innovative methods.
Strengthened leadership and emotional intelligence skills.
Fulfilment of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements.
A professional portfolio that supports your career progression.
A strong network of clinicians across Australasia.
Program Format
The program is a self-paced, hybrid format. It consists of eight online modules that you can work through at your own pace throughout the course duration. There are also two compulsory interactive online tutorials and a Masterclass.

"The Clinical Support and Education Program was an outstanding course that delivered an opportunity for nurses to develop skills in clinical support, mentoring, and teaching. Designed with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accessibility, and peer learning, the program provided ideas for the development of small teaching moments, reinforcing confidence in mentoring and teaching while promoting professional resilience. It acknowledged the realities of limited staffing, lesser opportunities for time-resourced education, and the need for adaptable teaching methods. The most rewarding part of the program was the Masterclass with its focus on nursing collaboration, fostering genuine connections between healthcare professionals. The mix of interactive workshops, group discussions, and simulation training were well thought out and engaging. AEAC’s commitment to a sustainable workforce was evident throughout, with the relationships built, knowledge shared and networks strengthened leaving a lasting impact. I look forward to seeing further advancements of this program and would highly recommend it to any clinician interested in fostering education." – CSE Learner
